In November 2018, the company EnergoSpetsInvest Comfort implemented a project to build a solid fuel boiler house with a total capacity of 12 MW.

The boiler house has two modern solid fuel boilers UTV-6 (P) with a capacity of 6 MW each. As a source of energy is used such a type of alternative fuel as sunflower husk pellets, which are produced in the Zaporozhye region.

Through the project:
● 17 new jobs were created;
● support is provided to local producers of fuel pellets, which are an environmentally friendly renewable energy source;
● reduced consumption of more than 14 million cubic meters of natural gas per year.

According to research by the State Enterprise “Institute of Soils of Ukraine”, ash from burning pellets is used by farmers as a high-quality phosphorus-potassium fertilizer.

Project summary:
Solid fuel boilers – UTV-6 (P) (Ukraine);
Pumping equipment – Wilo (Germany);
Heat exchange equipment – Sondex (Denmark);
Gas cleaning – Cyclones battery, Hose filters with pulse regeneration (Ukraine);
General contractor – Prom-gas technology (Ukraine, Fastiv).
